Slovenian Railways improve employee communication with Digital Agora

More than 7,000 employees of Slovenian Railways (slovenian Slovenske železnice) are now connected via Digital Agora. This modern communication platform enables everyone to access important work-related information anytime, anywhere.

Slovenian Railways puts its employees first. As the largest logistics company in Slovenia with more than 7,000 employees, they hire a wide range of professionals, including train drivers, salesmen, train conductors, traffic managers and shunters. As many of these employees work all over Slovenia and even abroad, it is important that they are well informed.


With Digital Agora, everyone — whether they work in the office or in the field — has access to the information they need to do their job. Among other things, they have important company news, internal policies and regulations, payroll, contact information for colleagues, job openings and available vacation opportunities at their fingertips. Access to all this information via cell phones is particularly useful for Slovenian Railways employees working in the field.
