New eHRM is live!

The new design of the HR management system eHRM brings greater intuitiveness, while also bringing aesthetic pleasure to the day-to-day management of HR processes. We’ve designed it with you in mind, to make everyday use even easier and more enjoyable ‒ not just for HR staff, but also for managers and other colleagues.

In order to reflect intuitiveness and innovation at first glance, we refreshed its interface based on your feedback and with the professional help of a multi-awarded creative studio Trampolin.

We have prepared the update with you in mind.With the aim of making your daily HR tasks easier, while also bringing lightness to administrative tasks and making your work more pleasant in general. But the new eHRM is not just for you. We believe that everyone will enjoy using eHRM – from the manager who wants to conduct an annual review to a colleague who wants to quickly check their remaining vacation days.

To make it easier to use, we have also added some new functionalities, while the processes (e.g. submitting a request for leave, conducting a performance review…) remain the same.

Easy access to common tasks

Customize the main dashboard to quickly see important updates and access daily tasks with one click.

We have redesigned the menu bar, which is now more intuitive and consistent with modern practices. We have updated the welcome bar and the appearance of key shortcuts. The most obvious change is the appearance of the widgets, which are now also more interactive.

Clean look for clear lists and forms

The spacious layout with color markings of key information allows you to quickly find the employee you are looking for, review training applications or check the status of candidates in the selection process.

We have added avatars for employees, their status (e.g. ‘Active’, ‘Inactive’) is highlighted in color, and filtering is also easier. By updating the layout of the fields, we have also achieved clearer in the forms.

In the well-structured records, you can easily find basic information about the employee, monitor the development of their competences and update the documentation.
